- You must be using funds that are legitimately your own. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds derived from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

We may require you to submit identity documents — including a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport, and proof of payment method ownership — at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
Account Registration and Security
When you register an account with kfb7, you are required to choose a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. kfb7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

- You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to use your account under any circumstances.
- Accounts that show signs of being operated by automated bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools designed to gain an unfair advantage will be suspended without prior notice and all associated balances may be voided.
kfb7 encrypts all stored account data using 256-bit SSL technology. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes and are never accessible in plain text by kfb7 staff. For your protection, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
Your account is personal to you. kfb7 is not responsible for losses incurred due to unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. Deposits and Withdrawals
kfb7 processes all financial transactions through secure, encrypted payment channels. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the conditions set out below, as well as any additional conditions communicated at the time of a specific transaction.

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes for standard amounts. For withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000, kfb7 requires the completion of KYC verification, which involves submitting a clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or other government-issued photo identification. Once KYC is successfully completed, all future withdrawals are processed without requiring further documentation. kfb7 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time as part of its fraud prevention procedures. Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may be subject to slight delays.
All transactions on kfb7 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kfb7 maintains a complete record of all deposit and withdrawal transactions associated with your account. You may access your full transaction history from your account settings at any time. In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, the records maintained by kfb7 shall be considered authoritative unless demonstrable technical error is established.
kfb7 does not accept deposits made from credit facilities or borrowed funds for the purpose of gambling. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your kfb7 account are your own legitimately earned or owned funds. kfb7 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if it has reasonable grounds to believe the source of funds is not compliant with these Terms.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
kfb7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, which apply in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time an individual promotion is issued.
- All bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period specified. Bonuses not claimed within their stated validity window will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard rollover is between 15x and 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
- Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirements as standard bonuses unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- kfb7 reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotional offer at any time, including after it has been claimed by a player, if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error that materially affects the offer's integrity.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Players who attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including by registering multiple accounts — will have all associated bonuses voided and their accounts permanently closed.

Any account found to be engaging in these activities will be suspended immediately and all bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
Betting and Gaming Conduct
All betting and gaming activity on kfb7 is governed by the following rules, which apply across all product verticals including slots, live casino, crash games, and sports betting. Game-specific rules are additionally displayed within each game or betting market interface.
All bets placed on kfb7 are final once confirmed by the Platform. kfb7 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet. In sports betting, bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket). In the event of a result dispute, kfb7 will await confirmation from the official source before settling. kfb7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error has materially affected the odds at the time of placement.
In the event of a game or platform malfunction, all affected rounds or bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. kfb7 is not liable for winnings derived from a game malfunction or technical error. If a game freezes or disconnects mid-round, the Platform will attempt to reconstruct the round from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be refunded. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
kfb7 encourages all players to set personal limits before commencing a gaming session. Deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits can all be configured from your account settings. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kfb7 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended, all balances reviewed and potentially forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

- Colluding with other players or third parties in any manner designed to distort the outcome of a game or sporting event, including match fixing and coordinated hedging on live markets.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, threats, or intimidation directed at kfb7 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
kfb7 employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in the investigation of suspected financial crime. Players whose accounts are suspended pending investigation will not have access to their account balance until the investigation is concluded. Where fraud is established, balances will be forfeited in full.
Account Suspension and Termination
kfb7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) failure to satisfy KYC or identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe; (c) evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest activity; (d) a court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority directing kfb7 to do so; or (e) reasonable grounds to believe that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other players.
Upon account closure, kfb7 will conduct a final review of the account balance. Where closure is initiated by the player voluntarily and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, kfb7 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the remaining balance pending investigation.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting kfb7 support at [email protected]. Players seeking a self-exclusion arrangement (temporary or permanent) will have their request actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits or bets will be accepted.
Ownership of Platform Content
All content on the kfb7 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of kfb7 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kfb7 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if kfb7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
kfb7's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. kfb7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and kfb7 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, kfb7 will endeavour to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
